As a Founding Partner of Olympion Services and the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Michelle leads the company administration while maintaining a hands-on approach to company culture and growth. She works closely alongside her co-founders to continually elevate the client experience and engages with the team to adopt peak technologies and industry best practices.

Deeply committed to making a meaningful impact, Michelle actively supports local businesses and fosters strong community partnerships. Her career is backed by an extensive background in technical writing, project management, and process optimization gained during her time at Meta. Additionally, she brings strategic operational leadership and educational development experience from her work in education.

Robert Dehghan

Founding Partner & Director of Engineering

As a Founding Partner of Olympion Services and the company’s primary technical authority, Robert plays a pivotal role in driving long-term technology strategy and architectural vision. In his capacity as Director of Engineering, he leads day-to-day technical operations, refines internal engineering workflows, and manages core infrastructure.

Prior to co-founding the company, Robert spent over 10 years as a Software Engineer at Boeing, developing critical space flight software for the Space Launch System, Starliner and the International Space Station. During his tenure, he architected secure multi-tenant environments, optimized operational workflows, and designed robust CI/CD pipelines.

By combining rigorous technical discipline from high-stakes aerospace projects with hands-on operational management, Robert seamlessly connects high-level strategy to day-to-day engineering execution.

Kai Silvera

Founding Partner & Director of Client Success

As Founding Partner of Olympion Services and the Director of Client Success, Kai serves as the primary authority on client engagement across all project phases, from initial consultations to final completion and ongoing retainer plans. Kai leads end-to-end client success initiatives, encompassing strategic onboarding, executive communication, adoption support, and long-term retention strategies.

Drawing on her professional background in technical writing, project management, and process optimization gained during her time at Meta, Kai brings a sharp, analytical perspective and a thoughtful personal touch to every client partnership. She places specific emphasis on critical handoff moments to guarantee that custom AI workflows deliver sustained operational growth.

By combining strategic rigor with a client-first philosophy, Kai ensures that every partner experiences a seamless transition into AI-driven operations that elevate their business potential.

William Ortiz

Founding Partner & Director of Strategy

As a Founding Partner of Olympion Services and the Director of Strategy, William bridges engineering with administrative execution to ensure long-term stability and growth. William values reliable architecture, thorough documentation, and sustainable scalability solutions that deliver long-term value.

William brings extensive background supporting NASA SLS and Artemis cybersecurity work, AI systems, automation, and production software. Additionally, he has served as a regional technical operations manager and project manager, supporting small companies, startups and enterprise corporations with sensitive data and complex technical requirements.
